Alicia Keeler sues David Serpa for alleged medical malpractice and battery

In the Superior Court of California, Sacramento, a lawsuit has been filed by Alicia Keeler against David Serpa, D.C., Serpa Chiropractic, Inc., and Does 1 through 100.
