Steven Sanchez, represented by Mark J. Bourassa of The Bourassa Law Group, has filed a lawsuit against Nguyen Tran and 20 unidentified defendants (DOES 1 through 20) in the Superior Court of California, Sacramento County. The case number is 24-2019-00276831 and was filed on April 5, 2019. The suit pertains to damages incurred by Sanchez as a result of a motor vehicle accident that occurred on November 6, 2017.

Sanchez alleges that the accident took place on the 99 South Freeway in Sacramento, California. He was driving a GMC Yukon at the time of the incident. On the other hand, Tran was operating a Toyota Camry. Both parties were residents of Sacramento at all relevant times.

The plaintiff further asserts that DOES 1 through 20 may have been employers of the defendants or entities responsible for the vehicles involved in some capacity. However, their identities remain unknown at this time.

Sanchez seeks compensation for damages sustained from the accident. He intends to amend his complaint once he ascertains the true identities and capacities of DOES 1 through 20.
