Brianna D. Allen has filed a lawsuit against Amit Yedthare and 5 unnamed defendants in the Superior Court of California, County of Santa Clara, under case ID 24CV436575 on April 24, 2024. The complaint alleges personal injuries due to negligence and negligence per se in relation to a motor vehicle accident.
Represented by attorney John Kevin Crowley, Allen claims that on May 21, 2022, she was driving her 2007 Chrysler 300 northbound on Big Basin Way, Saratoga when her car was hit by a southbound 2003 Honda S2000 driven by Yedthare and owned by him and defendants DOES 1 through 3. She asserts that this collision was due to the negligent operation of the vehicle by Yedthare and DOES 4 through 5.
Allen further alleges that as a result of the accident, she suffered physical injuries causing mental, physical and nervous pain and suffering which may result in permanent disability. She also incurred medical expenses for treatment which are yet to be determined but will be proven at trial.
The plaintiff is seeking judgment for damages caused by the defendants' alleged negligence. She demands a jury trial on all claims contained in the complaint.
